This is an appalling situation. Mind you, this is despite clear cut instructions from the Election Commission of India's circular that I am attaching herewith. I believe there were news about accessibility preparations for Karnataka Polls and even the concerned authorities earned lot of credit by talking about it in the media. However, after having a glance at the images available on the blog, one can imagine the ground reality. The authorities need to walk their talk.
In my considered opinion, the matter should be taken up in the court of law with the evidence in form of photos that we have gathered and along with the Hon'ble Supreme Court Directions and Election Commissions's circular. Very Warm regards
